I am now offering both face to face and online counselling sessions.
This will give us a chance to explore what you'd like to achieve in Counselling, and how we will work together. I may carry out a brief assessment to help us identify your priorities for our work together.
I will provide a professional, nurturing and confidential service, by offering an individual and non-judgmental space. I truly believe that each and every one of us are our own unique person, as a result of a lifetime of personal experiences and relationships that continually shape us. This belief system, along with my training and practice, has allowed me to develop a wide range of therapeutic approaches, which enables me to provide Counselling sessions specific to your needs.
What I can help you with:
Fears and Phobias
Low Self esteem/Confidence
These are just a short list of the topics I have worked with before, along with many others.
